Watch: Rishabh Pant and Rohit Sharma Engage In A Hilarious Banter At The Toss

Rishabh Pant and Rohit Sharma, both cricketers have been playing together for the Indian cricket team for quite some time now. Both the cricketers share a great bond with each other and are often seen pulling each other’s legs on social media or in the real world.

As the duo met for the thrilling clash between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals today, another such incident took place during the toss before the match kickstarted. The duo met each other probably for the first time after the Test series in England. No wonder why both of them had a friendly chat before the toss began and yet again shared a hilarious moment in the middle.

Rohit Sharma tossed the coin in the air, Rishabh Pant called tails on it and won the toss for his team. Rishabh Pant quickly mumbled, “We gonna bowl first”. Mumbai Indians’ skipper Rohit Sharma was left a bit confused, as he decided to tease Rishabh Pant by asking him “We Gonna Bowl?”.

Rishabh found it amusing and then cleared it by saying that DC will be bowling first. Both Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant had a good chuckle about the same along with commentator Murali Kartik, who was nearby them for the toss duties. After winning the toss, Rishabh Pant said that they believe chasing is a “better option” in Sharjah.

Here, check out the video:

Meanwhile, DC has already qualified for the playoffs and is sitting comfortably at the second spot in the points table with 16 points. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians are struggling badly to make it to the playoffs, the team has won a solitary game out of 4 matches in the UAE leg. It will be interesting to see whether MI will be able to restrict DC to chase a total of 130 runs in the ongoing match.
