Shahid Afridi is an amazing all round talent who’s been so good for Pakistan throughout his career. The former Pakistan captain was recently seen in action playing ice cricket in Switzerland. He’s such an amazing cricket and you just can’t keep him out of the game.
Shahid Afridi is currently playing the 3rd edition of PSL 3 and the video of his stunning catch is doing rounds over the social media. The PSL is being played in Dubai and what a spectacular catch he’s made the spectators witness.
Shahid Afridi is playing for Karachi Kings in the PSL. In the match played between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators today, Karachi Kings set a target of 150 for the Gladiators. Umar Amin of the Quetta Gladiators was batting on 31 when he took the bowler own and fancied his chances to clear the ropes.
But Shahid Afridi spoil Umar Amin’s plans as he pulled of a ripper of a catch to dismiss Umar Amin.
Smartest Catch Ever
This catch speaks of Afridi’s cunningness and awareness of the game. Afridi while taking the catch made sure that he was at no point in time in contact with the ropes while he was in contact with the ball.
The Karachi Kings in the end comfortably defended the total. Quetta Gladiators were 19 short in the end as they couldn’t score anything beyond 130.
