Shardul Thakur, the Indian cricketer is known for his consistency with the ball. He played an instrumental cameo in the match yesterday and impressed one and all with his performance.
Although, the Indian cricket team lost the tri-series to England cricket team, after they lost they final match last night by 8 wickets. Before the match started, the toss was won by England who chose to bowl first.
The match was opened with a big blow for Indian cricket team as the opener of the team, Rohit Sharma had to return back to pavilion after giving a very bad performance. Shikhar Dhawan, on the other hand, scored 44 runs and smashed 7 fours. Virat Kohli scored 71 runs and smashed 8 fours. He was bowled out by Adil Rashid.
Dhoni scored 42 runs, on the other hand, Karthik was also dismissed by Adil Rashid, after scoring 21 runs. Hardik Pandya and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, both the players scored 21 runs each.

However, it was Shardul Thakur’s cameo which took everyone by surprise. He scored 22 runs in 13 balls and smashed 2 powerful sixes. He remained unbeaten and stretched the scores to 256 runs.

However, this isn’t the first time the bowler Shardul Thakur has impressed everyone with his performance. In the qualifier round of season 11, Shardul Thakur played an impressive knock at the qualifier and made the team reach the finale. This is when Shardul Thakur turned into blessing in disguise for the team as he scored 15 runs.
