Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are one of the most popular star couple in India. Recently, they had their second child, who is a son and named him Aakay. Both of them love to spend their personal life in privacy and seems to have moved to London post the birth of their second child.

He struggled to find his rhythm in the recently concluded ICC T20 World Cup in 2024. However, he came back in style and stood up on the day of the final. His innings of 76 runs helped India to beat South Africa by 7 runs in the final in Barbados. This was the first ever T20 World Cup win for Virat Kohli.

When he came back to India, he along with his team met the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Then at the evening, he took part in an open bus parade in Marine Drive to celebrate with the fans and was then felicitated at the Wankhede Stadium. Kohli has already announced his retirement from T20Is. Just after the victory celebration, he left for London to spend time with his family.

Kohli is expected to now play a big part in India’s quest to win the ICC champions Trophy in 2025 and also the ICC World Test Championship final. The WTC trophy is the only trophy that has eluded him in his career. India lost the final against New Zealand in 2021 under his captaincy. In 2023, he again featured in the runner-up position after India got beaten by Australia under Rohit Sharma’s captaincy.
