Yes, Virat Kohli and Tim Paine traded verbal barbs at each other as the game entered its business phase and it kinda heated up the environment for a few moments.
It happened when the Indian fielders had went up in unison for a caught-behind appeal in the final over for the day in a desperate attempt to send back the Australian skipper, Tim Paine. But the umpire gave the decision in the favor of Tim Paine, which eventually miffed Kohli, who then tried to get under Tim Paine’s skin and said:
“If he messes it up, it’s 2-0.”
Tim Paine then hit back Kohli and said :
“You’ve got to bat first, big head”.
