The Virat Kohli led Indian cricket team have taken the upper hand in the ongoing Pink-ball Test match against england at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Before the game kickstarted, England’s skipper won the toss, who decided to bat first. However, the decision backfired badly as England lasted only for 48 overs and were bundled up by the talented Indian bowlers.

Besides the amazing performances from the Indian cricketers, it was Virat Kohli’s antics that stole all the limelight throughout the day. While Virat Kohli was all pumped up when the Indian bowlers shattered the England’s batting line-up, however, his expression changed within moments when England cricket team started bowling.

Well, his expressions changed because of an incident that happened in the second over of India’s innings when Shubman Gill edged a Stuart Broad delivery behind the stumps.

England’s star all-rounder, Ben Stokes who was positioned at the slip cordon, made a good effort to claim the ball. However, the umpires were not convinced and decided to go for third umpire. The replays showed that the ball touched the ground before Ben Stokes claimed it. As a result, the umpire gave his decision in Shubman Gill’s favour.

However, Ben Stokes and his teammates were not happy with the decision as they claimed that the catch was ‘clean and safe’. But amidst all the drama on the pitch, the cameras focused on the Indian bench, where Virat Kohli gave an animated reaction.

The 32-year-old skipper looked furious as he pointed towards the field while saying something, making it very clear that he was not at all impressed with Ben Stokes’ action. The video of Virat’s reaction has been making rounds on social media.
