Jonty Rhodes, the former South African cricketer, is one of the most loved overseas cricketers in India. He is regarded as one of the greatest fielders of all time and has a huge fan following in India. In fact, Indian cricket fans idolize Jhonty Rhodes here. He is very active on his social media and never leaves any opportunity to interact and indulge in fun activities on social media with his fans.
While he is most loved by the Indian cricket fans, however, in one instance, Jonty Rhodes had to face the heat of the fans after his tweet on Ravindra Jadeja. Well, there was nothing wrong in the tweet, he had showered praises on Ravindra Jadeja after he played a wonderful knock against West Indies in the Antigua Test last year. Praising his performance, Rhodes wrote:

The tweet soon went viral and was flooded with the reactions of twitterati. While many of them were happy for the fact that Jonty Rhodes praised Jadeja’s performance, there were a few who didn’t like the way he addressed Ravindra Jadeja as only a ‘fielder’ and not an ‘all-rounder’.
Amidst many, a twitter user thought that Rhodes was undermining Jadeja’s batting and bowling performance. So he came up with a hard-hitting reply for him and talked about the achievements of both the cricketers. He wrote:

The tweet soon caught the eyes of Jonty Rhodes, who came up with a humble reply. In his reply, he wrote how he was only trying to be funny. He also praised Ravindra Jadeja and called him a great all-rounder. He wrote:
