India will enter the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 as the defending champions. The final fifteen have been announced and now this team will have the honour of defending India’s glory in Australia and New Zealand. The entire was waiting to see the final squad and the wait has finally ended.

The national selectors with the help of India’s captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who was connected from Australia through a video call, worked on various combinations and now the final squad of fifteen players has been announced.


 

India’s squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: 

BATTING:

Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Ambati Rayudu, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina Mahendra Singh Dhoni (Captain and Wicketkeeper)

FAST BOWLERS:

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Mohammad Shami, Ishant Sharma

The national selectors have picked the squad considering the bouncy, pacy and swinging conditions in Australia and New Zealand.
