There was a time when the Indian fielders were known for their lazy attitude on the field and India were one of the worst fielding sides in the world. But things have changed now and India are one of the best fielding sides in the world. The likes of Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Ajinkya Rahane, and Ravindra Jadeja are absolutely electric on the field. In the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, fielding has been one of the major factors behind India’s success.

Here, we look at India’s fielding moments in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: 

1) Virat Kohli runs out Ireland’s Stuart Thompson 

2) Shikhar Dhawan dives to his right and takes a brilliant catch 

 

3) This fielding effort by Mohit Sharma has to one of the best fielding moments of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. AB de Villiers is a Superman and it’s NOT easy to run him out. 

4) Juggling catches are always fun to watch. Shikhar Dhawan showed great presence of mind and took an absolute blinder, just a few inches away from the boundary rope. 

 

5) MS Dhoni takes a brilliant one-handed catch to his left. 

 

6) Ravindra Jadeja showed great skills and presence of mind of dismiss Imrul Kayes in the second quarter final of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.
