World Cup 2023: The biggest cricket festival is just around the corner and the excitement regarding the same among fans is at its peak. The much-awaited tournament will kickstart with a thrilling clash between the defending champions England and New Zealand on 5 October at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The final Group Stage match of the ODI World Cup 2023 will see England clash against Pakistan at the iconic Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata.

There will be a total of 10 venues – Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Dharamsala, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Kolkata. In addition to Hyderabad, Guwahati, and Thiruvananthapuram will host the warm-up matches before ODI World Cup 2023 from 29 September to 3 October.

The teams have begun releasing the official squads, starting with India. 28 September is the last date for teams to finalize their playing squad.
