Tonight the match was won by Royal Challengers Bangalore beating Delhi Daredevils by 6 runs at their home game in Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium of New Delhi.

As the match started, Delhi Daredevils were invited to bat first as the toss was won by the skipper of RCB, Virat Kohli who chose to bowl first.

The first innings started with a big blow for the Daredevils as Prithvi Shaw returned back to pavilion after a few balls. The same happened with Jason Roy. Both the openers of the team couldn’t contribute much to the team.
The skipper of the team, Shreyas Iyer scored 32 off 35 balls, while the star player of the team, Rishabh Pant played a brilliant knock and scored 61 off 34 balls. Vijay Shankar (21) and Abhishek Sharma (46) stretched the total scores to 181 runs after the match.
