Former Indian cricketer and world cup hero, Yuvraj Singh, who is one of the most loved cricketers around the world has created a stir on social media amidst this Coronavirus pandemic. Yuvraj Singh is getting brutally trolled and slammed on social media for his latest Tweet, where he urged everyone to contribute to Pakistan to help them during this pandemic.

Well, recently, Yuvraj Singh took to his micro-blogging site Twitter and shared a video of himself, where he urged everyone to contribute as much as they want to towards the ‘lesser fortunate’ ones so that they could battle the pandemic. In his Tweet, Yuvraj Singh said that he is supporting Shahid Afridi and his foundation in this noble initiative. He wrote:

“These are testing times, it’s time to lookout for each other specially the ones who are lesser fortunate. Lets do our bit, I am supporting @SAfridiOfficial & @SAFoundationN in this noble initiative of covid19. Pls donate on http://donatekarona.com #StayHome @harbhajan_singh,”

Soon, the Tweet went insanely viral and for all the wrong reasons. Yuvraj’s tweet didn’t go down well with the Indian cricket fans, who started trolling him badly for the same. For calling out names for him to trolling him for the exclusion of his Tweet, the Indian cricket fans were leaving no stone unturned to slam the cricketer.

On Wednesday, Yuvraj Singh finally took to his twitter and gave a hard-hitting reply to the trollers. In his Tweet, Yuvraj expressed his disappointment over how his message was blown out of proportion. He wrote how he only tried to achieve was to help people in respective countries by providing them with proper healthcare and other medical facilities. He wrote:

“I really don’t understand how a msg to help the most vulnerable gets blown out of proportion! All I tried to achieve via that msg was to help ppl in our respective countries by providing healthcare, my intention was not to hurt anyone’s feelings. I’m an Indian and I will always bleed blue and will always stand for humanity. Jai Hind.”
