Yuvraj Singh is one of the most destructive batsmen in the history of limited-overs cricket. Yuvraj Singh has retired from international cricket but he is still regarded as one of the most gifted, talented and free-flowing batsmen of all-time. During his playing days, Yuvraj Singh destroyed bowling-attacks around the world with his big bat and outrageous bat swing.

Yuvraj Singh holds the record for the fastest fifty in international cricket and he did in the same match in which he smashed six sixes in an over. Many fans and pundits believe that Yuvraj Singh’s performance in the ICC T20 World Cup 2007 is one of the best performances in an ICC tournament ever.

Recently, Yuvraj Singh spoke to Sport360 and picked three batsmen who he believes can score a double hundred in T20I cricket. Yuvraj said that it is an incredibly difficult feat to achieve but if there are three batters who could do this then they are- Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, and Rohit Sharma.

“It (T20 double ton) is very tough I feel,” the former India all-rounder told Sport360 on the sidelines of the Expo 2020 Dubai cricket final.

“Well Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers (South Africa) have retired from international cricket, oh wait, Gayle is still playing I forgot,” Yuvraj Singh was quoted as saying by Sport360.

“In my eyes, these were the two guys who could have scored a double hundred in T20I cricket. Rohit Sharma would be the third guy I can think of when it comes to a double T20 ton,” Yuvraj added.

When asked about who is the cleanest hitter in the game, Yuvraj Singh wasted no time in picking his former India teammate Rohit Sharma’s name.

“I would say, Rohit Sharma. He is very clean, and very elegant when it comes to his shots,” Yuvraj stated.

“I don’t think anyone else comes close to Rohit really when it comes to hitting the ball cleanly.”
