Indian all-rounder Shivam Dube is under the scanner now especially after he was smashed by Tim Seifert and Ross Taylor during the fifth and final T20I match against New Zealand at Bay Oval, where he conceded 34 runs in an over.
Shivam had a miserable outing. First, he disappointed his fans with his performance with the bat. Later he was all over the news as he became the second-most expensive bowler in the shortest format of the game.

While he has been receiving criticism from all-over, former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has come out in support of Shivam Dube. Considering the talent of Dube, Yuvraj Singh has backed Shivam and reckoned that it is only a matter of time before Dube regains his form back.
Talking about Shivam Dube in an interview, Yuvraj Singh said:
“Shivam Dube I think is a good talent, but you have to give him time,”

Yuvraj Singh urged the fans and critics to be a bit more patient with Shivam Dube and give him some time until he regains his confidence and forms back. He was hopeful that Shivam will come back stronger with flying colors. He said:
“Hardik is coming back from a back injury, and bowling fast after a back injury is going to be tough. So I don’t know how Hardik will turn out.”
He added:
“Looking at Dube, you have to give the guy a bit of time and we will see in the future who comes out with the consistent performances,”
