Yuzvendra Chahal, the Indian leg-spin bowler, is keeping everyone entertained with his funny gimmicks on social media. Lately, he has been doing all sorts of activities during the Quarantine in order to keep himself entertained. From making funny TikTok videos to hosting interactive sessions on his social media, he has been spending a lot of his time on social media.

For the last few days, Yuzvendra Chahal participated in an Instagram Live session with other cricketers including Kevin Pietersen and his great friend Rohit Sharma.




Yuzvendra Chahal Shared The Name Of The Cricketer He Doesn’t Want To Be During Lockdown

Recently, he decided to go live again and this time with cricket presenter Jatin Sapru, where he talked about many things including his career, Coronavirus, and his life during the lockdown.

During the live session, Jatin Sapru asked him to name a player with whom he would not like to spend the lockdown period. To which Yuzvendra Chahal took the name of none other than Jasprit Bumrah. He also revealed the reason behind taking Bumrah’s name. He revealed:




“Bolta hi nahi h kuch. Uska yorker maarne ka man hua aur usne lota maar diya to kya karunga main”

(Which roughly translates to “Bumrah does not speak much and what he throws a utensil at me if he feels like bowling a yorker”)

Further, he was also asked about the players he would like to spend the lockdown period with, to which he took the name of Rohit Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav. He said:

“I will choose 2 guys, Rohit Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav. Lock me down for a month then.”

Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal had to join his team Royal Challengers Bangalore for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League, which has now been suspended because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
