Young Indian keeper–batsman Rishabh Pant is one of the most entertaining cricketers. Be it on-field or off-field, Rishabh never fails to steal the show and entertain his fans with his flamboyant attitude.
Recently, during the just-concluded Border-Gavaskar series, Rishabh Pant was caught on stump-mic singing ‘spider-man, spider-man’ and the internet went berserk after the hilarious video went viral. However, with that incident, one thing was evident that he loves cartoons.
On Sunday, Pant took to his social media and shared an amazing picture of himself, only to be trolled by his Indian teammate Yuzvendra Chahal and Afghanistan all-rounder Rashid Khan.
In his Instagram post, Pant shared a picture of himself donning a red-colored t-shirt with famous cartoon character Tom’s (from Tom and Jerry) face printed on it. Sharing the picture, Pant wrote: “How many of you have watched this cartoon? #17”

The post soon went viral and was flooded with amazing reactions from the fans on it. While many praised Pant for his looks, however, the comments that stole all the attention came from none other than India’s star bowler Yuzvendra Chahal and Afghanistan’s all-rounder Rashid Khan.
Both Chahal and Rashid trolled the Indian keeper-batsman hilariously and poked fun at his post. While Rishabh Pant mocked Pant by asking him about the cartoon he was asking about. He wrote:
“You or Tom bro?”
Rashid Khan also poked fun at Rishabh Pant in a similar way. In his comment, Rashid wrote that he has watched the cartoon and his picture many times. Rashid wrote:
“I watch many time both you and Tom”
