Though SRH looked destined to a total of 150 runs, however, destiny had something else in mind as Kane Williamson and Kedar Jadhav added quickfire 37 runs in the last 13 balls for the 4th wicket and took the score of SRH to 171/3 in 20 overs.

Later, while chasing the target, CSK’s openers Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis took the game by storm. Both the cricketers took the charge and stole the show with their amazing partnership. While Gaikwad scored 75 runs off 44 balls, smashing 12 fours in his knock. On the other hand, Faf played a stunning knock of 56 runs off 38 balls, smashing 6 fours and 1 six.

Moen Ali (15), Ravindra Jadeja (7) and Suresh Raina (17) played important cameos to help their team win the game by 7 wickets. With this win, CSK is back again at the top of the table, having won 5 off the 6 games they have played so far in the league.
