MS Dhoni is one of the most popular cricketers in the history of the game. In India and across the world, Dhoni is regarded as one of the best captains ever and his achievement are now a benchmark for any present or future captain.

Capped 158, MS Dhoni made his One Day International debut 23 December 2004 against Bangladesh. It was not the best debut as Dhoni was dismissed run-out without troubling the scorers. At that moment, who would have imagined this young boy from Ranchi with big brown hair would lead India to two World Cup wins and bring the prestigious ICC Mace, which is given to the number 1 Test team, to India.

Dhoni has now reached the last phase of his career. He is no more the captain but still a  very important member of Team India in limited-overs cricket. In this post, we look at 10 things that have changed since MS Dhoni his ODI debut.

1) Let’s start with his hairstyle(s)!

2) Narendra Modi’s rise from Chief Minister of Gujarat to Prime Minister of India
