Former India and Mumbai Indians captain Sachin Tendulkar has wished Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant a lovely journey with a witty and warm tweet.
The pre-wedding bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar over the past few days has occupied the minds of people worldwide, considering some of the most prominent names in the world, across fields and industries, attended the event.
The three-day festivities featured celebrity guests such as Rihanna, Bill Gates, Katrina Kaif, Mark Zuckerberg, Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, MS Dhoni, and Sachin Tendulkar. Anant is the son of Mukesh Ambani, India’s richest individual and one of the richest in the world. According to a report in the Daily Mail, the pre-wedding events from March 1 to 3 cost a whopping £120 million (approximately INR1260 crore).

Hailed as the ‘God of cricket,’ Sachin Tendulkar made his presence felt in the event on March 3rd. He later took to Twitter to give his best wishes to Anant and Radhika, and he did in his famous witty style.

Among other renowned cricketers, the CSK legendary duo of MS Dhoni and Dwayne Bravo, too, descended in Jamnagar, and so did the Mumbai Indians trio of Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma, and Kieron Pollard. Dhoni and Bravo were captured playing Garba in the celebration evening with Dandiya along with their partners.
Among the stars from the Bollywood industry, the biggest trio of Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Amir Khan stole the show with their group performance. Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were other bollywood celebrities who glittered the evening in Jamnagar.
