IPL 2024: Punjab Kings Got Trolled For Massive Error In Logo Placing On Trouser

A fan noticed an apparent inconsistency in the logo placement of the trousers of the players of Punjab Kings. The Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia-owned franchise recently organised an event to launch the attire of the Punjab Kings’ players ahead of the IPL 2024 season.

The IPL 2024 tournament will get underway this week at the Chepauk, with defending champions Chennai Super Kings, led by MS Dhoni, hosting Faf du Plessis’ RCB.

Talking about Punjab Kings, the franchise has not reached an IPL playoff since 2014, when they lost the final to KKR. Led by Shikhar Dhawan, the franchise finished 8th last season, managing six wins in 14 games. Punjab Kings have retained Dhawan as their skipper for the IPL 2024 season as well.

A fan trolled Punjab Kings for inconsistency in the logo placement

On Sunday, a fan trolled PBKS for what seemed an inconsistency error from the kid manufacturer where the logos on the trousers were not in the same spot for Jitesh Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Jitesh and Dhawan were presented by the franchise at the launch of their jersey and kit. But one fan trolled them for the two front logos on the players’ trousers being on opposite sides.

This, however, may not be an error from the manufacturer as some fans pointed out that since Jitesh and Dhawan are batters of opposite sides – Jitesh is a right-hander and Dhawan is a left-hander – the logos are designed according to that.
