MS Dhoni Made A Short Cameo In Rishabh Pant’s Instagram Live: While it is noon in Trinidad, it is night in India when Rishabh Pant took social media by storm. And not with his batting; but by his Instagram Live which featured more star power than most Bollywood movies.
Rishabh Pant along with other T20I squad members arrived in Trinidad earlier in the day for the upcoming 5 T20I matches against Nicholas Pooran’s team.
While relaxing in his hotel room, Pant decided to have some fun – and boy he did, as in his Instagram Live, the 24-year-old wicket-keeper roped in skipper Rohit Sharma, batsman Suryakumar Yadav, and the biggest name of all – MS DHONI!!
Yes: in a rare glimpse, Dhoni made a short appearance on Pant’s Insta Live! And it was an adorable one.

After Pant, Suryakumar and Sharma had had a hilarious chat, the notorious wicket-keeper then added Dhoni to his live session. A video has gone viral in which, first it was Sakshi, Dhoni’s wife, who attended the chat before she promptly turned the camera toward Dhoni, who waved his hand to greet the viewers and the trio.
Dhoni was casually smiling, beaming in his clean shave. And the fun suddenly escalated when Pant said “Keep Dhoni on the live for a while.” Dhoni sharply put his hand on the mobile camera and took it away, ending the chat and his cameo.

Meanwhile, India, who have won the ODI series against West Indies with still one match to go, will take on the hosts for 5 T20Is starting July 29. The first match will be played at the Brian Lara Stadium, Trinidad; the next two at Warner Park, St Kitts, before the action moves to the USA where the last two T20Is will be played in Lauderhill, Florida.
