Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh and his wife, Hazel Keech, become parents to a baby boy on Tuesday, the couple shared this good news with their fans on social media. The couple got married in 2016.

In their joint statement, posted on their social media accounts, the couple wrote, “To all our fans, family and friends, We are elated to share that today god blessed us with a baby boy. We thank god for this blessing and wish you to respect our privacy as we welcome the little one into the world. Love, Hazel and Yuvraj.”

The comment section was filled up with congratulatory regards from their fans and several cricketers and Bollywood personalities as well.

In Yuvraj’s Instagram comment section took place a sweet conversation between Yuvraj and his father, Yograj Singh, who is a former cricketer and actor.

Yograj Singh welcomed the “little champ” to their family.

To which Yuvraj funnily wrote back, “Hello grandad! Sidha nets vich lejaye (take him straight to the nets).”

Yograj Singh, a well-renowned personality, replied: “Definitely Son. Legacy must go on Love you son. God Bless all family”

Yuvraj Singh had last year played in the Road Safety World Series which India won defeating Sri Lanka in the final. The left-hander scored 60 runs off 41 balls in the final to propel India’s total to 181.
He had a thunderous tournament with the bat, scoring 194 runs at an average of 64 while striking at 170, in addition to his 4 wickets.
This reminded fans of his staggering show at the 2011 World Cup at home. Then, Yuvraj batted with an average of 90 in the tournament – he amassed 362 runs in 9 matches, having struck 1 century and 4 fifties.
With the ball in hand, he was India’s second-best bowler in the World Cup, snaring 15 wickets, at an average of 25, including a five-wicket haul. After the World Cup, he took a break for his cancer treatment and made a return to India’s World Cup squad in 2014, 2016, and was also in the Champions Trophy in 2017.
