Harbhajan Singh Reveals The Biggest Change Rahul Dravid Will Bring: Rahul Dravid’s stint as the head coach of the Indian cricket team kickstarted with a brilliant note as the Rohit Sharma-led cricket team whitewashed the Kiwis 3-0 in the recently concluded 3-match t20I series. The Indian players are all set to lock their horns with the New Zealand cricket team in the two-match Test series against New Zealand.

The regular skipper Virat Kohli has been rested for the first Test match and he will be joining the team in the 2nd Test match. In Kohli’s absence, Ajinkya Rahane will be seen leading the test side in the first Test match in Kanpur. Rahul Dravid will have to work with two different captains in the upcoming series.

Not just this, with the Indian side heading for an era of split captaincy, Rahul Dravid will also have to work with both Rohit Sharma, the new T20I skipper, and Virat Kohli, the ODI, and Test skipper.

Meanwhile, former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh feels that it will be important for both the skippers and Rahul Dravid to work together as a team in order to take the Indian side to new heights. Speaking to Star Sports, Harbhajan said:

“See, the combination will obviously take some time for everyone to adjust to with new things, new processes that Rahul will bring onto the table and I think the triangle of these three is joined to one another, Rahul with Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. I think they should be working together and take Indian cricket to new heights.”

Further, Harbhajan Singh claimed that Rahul Dravid will bring stability to the Indian dressing room. He feels that with Rahul Dravid the players will get proper opportunities on the side and no one will be treated unfairly. Harbhajan said:

“With Rahul coming in, I can tell you that players will be given a lot of assurance. Players will be given good chances, there won’t be any unfair treatment and you’ll be left out of the team, they will be given proper opportunities and that’s what Rahul Dravid will bring onto the table. He will bring a lot of stability to the team,”

Meanwhile, the Indian cricket team will be locking horns with the Kiwis in the first Test match of the Rahul Dravid era, which will kickstart from November 25th in Kanpur.
