India’s star cricketer Harleen Deol has been receiving praises from all corners for her brilliant effort to take a ‘boundary rope’ catch and gave a much-needed breakthrough to team India. Though India lost the match against England, however, the “catch of the year” that Harleen Deol took have the cricket fraternity applaud for the youngster.
The incident took place in the 19th over of the innings when Harleen Deol was fielding at long-off when Amy Jones lofted one towards her. However Harleen put in a stunning effort to dance around the rope before catching the ball very cleanly. Soon releasing that she was about to step beyond the rope, Harleen act smartly and threw the ball in the air, collected herself, returned back inside the playing area, and caught the ball comfortably

From cricketers, experts to fans, everyone took to their twitter to applaud for the young cricketer. Among many, legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar also took to his Twitter and hailed Harleen for her fantastic catch. In his tweet, Sachin gave her the biggest compliment by saying that it was definitely the ‘catch of the year’ for him. He wrote:

In her reply, Harleen expressed her happiness and gratitude after receiving words of praise from the God of Cricket himself. Harleen wrote:
