Veda Krishnamurthy Dedicated A Heartfelted Note To Her Late Mother And Sister:Our nation is fighting a tough battle with the second wave of the deadly COVID-19 pandemic. India is reporting over 4 lakh positive coronavirus cases while thousands are losing their lives daily.

India’s women cricket team player, Veda Krishnamurthy’s family, is one among them who have been hit hard by the deadly virus. Over the past few months, Veda has lost her mother and sister. Her mother passed away on April 23 and recently she lost her sister Vatsala Shivakumar, who was admitted to a hospital in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, breathed her last only two weeks later.

Recently, Veda took to her social media and dedicated a heart-touching post for her mother and sister. In her post, she bid an emotional adieu to her mother and sister and wrote that how the last few days have been the toughest for her as both the women in her life were her inspiration and always found their joy in her happiness. She wrote:

 “To my beautiful Amma and Akka. The last few days have been very heartbreaking to all of us at home. You both for the foundation of our house never imagined it would be seeing this day knowing that you both are not with me, it breaks my heart. Amma, you have made a brave child, taught me to be as practical as I can in every situation the trait is obviously passed on by you,”

Further, she also urged all the citizens to strictly follow all the COVID-19 rules and protocols to protect themselves from the deadly Coronavirus. She also expressed how Virus is very dangerous while showing her sympathy towards people who are suffering from a personal loss just like her. She wrote:

“My world has just gone upside down after you both left me. Not sure how vs family are going to regroup. All I can say is that I love you both so very much and will miss you both. Thanks to all the love I received. In the end I would like to urge people to please follow the Covid rules and take precautions, this virus is very dangerous my family did everything right but still virus found its way. My heart goes to everyone else going through the same situation as mine. Stay safe! Stay strong,”
