After producing a stunning knock that helped team India win in the 4th T20I against England by 8 wickets, Suryakumar Yadav posted a beautiful tweet on his official Twitter account. The Mumbai Indians’ swashbuckling batsman has been receiving praises from all the corners for his blockbuster entry into Indian cricket team.

During the 4th T20I match against England, Suryakumar stole the show with his stunning knock as he smashed his maiden half-century in his international career. He walked in to bat when team India was in a tricky situation, having lost all the top-order batsmen. However, SKY didn’t let the pressure impact his game, in fact, he took the game by storm from the first ball he faced.

SKY started his innings with a stunning six, which were also his first international runs. He became the first Indian cricketer to start an international career with a first ball SIX. Surya grabbed this opportunity with both hands and played a fantastic knock of 57 runs in 31 balls.

The way he played clearly shows how desperately he was waiting for this one opportunity for a long time. His knock was laced by 6 fours and 2 sixes. However, his dismissal turned out to be one of the most controversial moments of the match.

Later, after India won the match, SKY took to his social media and shared a beautiful tweet regarding his dream come true moment. In his tweet, he expressed how much he prayed for the moments he lived yesterday. He wrote:

“I prayed for moments like this, what a feeling.”
