Angry Gautam Gambhir Slams ‘Bevdas’ Who Made A Mockery Of Lockdown In Delhi

On Monday morning, most of the Delhi people were out there on the streets to buy liquor after the shops were finally opened. Well, it was after 40 days when the liquor shops in Delhi were finally opened in non-containment zones defined by the government.
Recently, in India, the lockdown which initially started on March 23rd has now entered the third phase. The lockdown has now been extended for two more weeks, i.e, till May 17th. However, the government has made relaxations in lockdown based on the zones.
All the liquor shops around the country were closed ever since the lockdown was announced by the government in order to contain the outspread of the Coronavirus pandemic, which has affected the whole world.
This decision has come into action after widespread demands from many states and cities around the country. However, even before the shops were opened for the people, there was no clear demarcation. Neither the people nor the shopkeepers cared about following social distancing rules and we all witnessed chaotic scenes around the city, watching the movement of government backfired on them.
Prominent people around the country, including the celebrities and sportspersons and also the commoners, took to their social media and slammed people out there who went to buy liquor.
