Wasim Jaffer Posted A Hilarious Tweet On India’s Woeful Condition Against England

Wasim Jaffer Posted A Hilarious Tweet On India’s Woeful Condition Against England: India was left broken, beaten, and scarred after a dominating display from the English batters as Joe Root spearheaded a sublime attack against the might of the Indian bowlers. Ben Stokes chipped in with a crucial cameo that witnessed him smashing a quickfire 82 runs, propelling England to the driver’s seat in the first Test match. Wasim Jaffer’s tweet was a clear indication of how India was faring against the might of the Three Lions.

With Kohli running short of bowling options as his primary weapons were made blunt by the synergy of Stokes and Root, he had to resort to Rohit Sharma to work out wonders for him. It was too much to ask of the Hitman with the cherry in his hand to conjure magic for his captain.

The introduction of Rohit Sharma came in as a déjà vu of Saurav Ganguly using VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid to make inroads against an unbeatable West Indies. Dravid and Laxman were successful in making infringements against the Caribbean line-up, however, all Rohit Sharma could conjure was a couple of overs and leak out 7 runs off it.

There were words of derision from others, questioning the captaincy of Rohit Sharma as England made merry, hacking away at the Indian bowlers without much ado.

Former Indian Test opener, Wasim Jaffer took to Twitter, to amuse the fans after they were left gutted by the lopsided sway of the Three Lions. He tweeted, “So how’s the test going?” “Rohit Sharma is bowling” “Oh got it.”

There were a few quirky replies that left everyone in splits after a disappointing day in the field. England finished the day at 555 for the loss of 8. Joe Root crafted a scintillating 218 while Stokes played a gem of a knock, amassing 82 runs. Jos Buttler and Dom Bess chipped with crucial cameos that helped England to swerve the game in their favour.

We will look at a few replies from the fans that left everyone amused.
