After Karun Nair’s maiden triple-hundred, it was Ravindra Jadeja’s show in the second innings. Jadeja broke the back of England’s batting unit and took 7 wickets for just 48 runs. Team India gave a spirited effort and outplayed England in all three departments of the game.
India started the series as favourites but not many excepted England to go down the way they did in the five-match series. England lost the last two matches by an innings and some runs and this shows the kind of domination India had on the series.
