India and Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma is celebrating his 35th birthday today and wishes are pouring in from fans from all around the world. Sharma, who is currently leading his side Mumbai Indians (MI) in the ongoing 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League, is amid a terrible patch both as a skipper and as a batter.
While Mumbai Indians have lost eight games on the trot, Rohit has managed to score only just 153 runs at an average and strike rate of 19.12 and 126.44 respectively. Mumbai Indians is all set to play against Rajasthan Royals at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy tonight and fans are eagerly waiting for Rohit’s comeback to form on his 35th birthday
While Rohit Sharma, who enjoys a loyal fan base, started receiving wishes on social media, MI’s Twitter handle was among the first to react. Taking to Twitter, the Mumbai Indian’s official Twitter page wished their skipper with a special caption that read:

Meanwhile, among many, Mumbai Indians’ talented player Tilak Varma also took to Twitter and came up with a special post for his skipper. In his Tweet, Tilak Varma wished Rohit Sharma and also revealed how ‘Hit-man’ has been an inspiration since he was a youngster. He wrote:
