Sunrisers Hyderabad won the match last night beating Kings XI Punjab by 13 runs at their home ground, Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad.
Last night in the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kings XI Punjab we witnessed many hilarious moments. From weird bowling actions of Manish Tiwary to Chris Gayle trolling KL Rahul, the audience enjoyed last night’s match alot.
In the first innings, the players of Kings XI Punjab tried every bit and didn’t let the players of Sunrisers Hyderabad score a huge number at the scoreboard.
It happened during the fifth over of the first innings that the audience got to see Chris Gayle behind the stumps for the first time. Yes, Chris Gayle was seen playing the role of wicket-keeper in the match.
However, it was only for a few minutes when he decided to do some ‘leg-pulling’ of KL Rahul. What happened was, the ball went across the wickets, so KL Rahul, who is the wicket-keeper of Kings XI Punjab, ran to chase the ball leaving his gloves behind.
Chris Gayle who was standing near the wickets, took the gloves and wore it and started copying the actions of KL Rahul by faking to stump the SRH player, Shakib AL Hasan. Watching these hilarious actions by Universe Boss, the complete stadium cracked up into laughter.
