The Royal Challengers Bangalore has always been one of the most popular teams in the IPL. They’ve always been known as a side with some biggest names in the world of cricket.

RCB left everyone confused when they decided to retain Sarfraz Khan along with Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers. Everyone was excepting that the RCB will retain star performer Yuzvendra Chahal. But instead the Royal Challengers Bangalore decided to go for Sarfraz Khan.

Chahal Confident Of Coming Back To RCB

Yuzvendra Chahal, who was honoured with the T20 performance of the year in the ICC Awards is very confident that RCB will use their ‘Right To Match’ for him.

This is what Yuzvendra Chahal said, “I am not thinking too much as to what happened in the retentions. I trust RCB. They still have the Right To Match Card so I’m 100 percent sure that I’m coming back to the RCB. However, it also depends on how will it go in the auctions.”

The young spinner told this in an interview given to the Indian Express. Yuzvendra Chahal was the leading wicket takers in the shortest format of international cricket in 2017.

For his performance of having scalped 6 wickets for 25 against England at Bengaluru he was conferred with the ICC T20 Performance Of The Year. Chahal has gained him some great repute in the shortest format of the game. He’s a bowler who’s not afraid to flight the ball and tempt the batsmen to throw their wickets.

He’s a master and a lot of teams would be wanting to buy him in the auctions but he has his heart with the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Now we’ll have to wait for the auctions to see if Chahal makes it back to the RCB or goes to some other franchise. The Auctions will begin in Bangalore from January 27.
