After losing the test series, team India is determined to win the ODI series and settle odds with South Africa. As the first ODI between India and South Africa began at Durban, India’s determination continued to impress fans.

First, Jasprit Bumrah gave an early jitter to South Africa who decided to bat first after winning the toss. Amla was sent back on 16 as South Africa lost its first wicket on 30. Then Chahal showed his magic and broke the partnership between De Cock and Du Plessis by sending back De Cock as South Africa lost its second wicket for 83.
SOUTH AFRICAN WICKETS FELL IN HEAPS
After losing De Cock, India was quick to pick Aiden Markram, JP Duminy and Killer Miller in quick successions. Markram was sent back by Chahal while Duminy and Miller were cleaned up by Kuldeep Yadav.
SOUTH AFRICA MISS AB DE VILLIERS
The Proteas have surely missed their best ODI player who has been ruled out with an injury. In AB’s absence the middle order of South Africa seemed spineless as Faf Du Plessis, the skipper was the only one to go past 50. Du Plessis is playing a captain’s knock but that might not be enough to reach a mammoth total.
KULDEEP YADAV’s MAGICAL DELIVERY CLEANS UP JP DUMINY
JP Duminy is one of the best ODI players in South Africa. But he was not good enough to read the wrong from young Kuldeep Yadav who cleaned him up with a magical delivery. Duminy was totally deceived by Kuldeep Yadav and he was knocked by Yadav after scoring just 12 runs.
The ball went in the gap between Duminy’s bat and pad and knocked off the middle stump. This was the best dismissal of the match so far.
