India’s young opening batsman KL Rahul announced his comeback in style in the fifth Test of the ongoing 5-match series between India and England, in Chennai. KL Rahul, who impressed one and all with his brilliant show in Carribean and United States of America earlier this year, missed out on many Test matches this season due to injury issues.

Rahul picked a hamstring injury in the first Test of India vs New Zealand series earlier this year. Since the, he has been in and out of the side. But, with this hundred Rahul has announced his comeback and looking good for a big spell as India’s first choice opener in Test cricket.

India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli said in a press conference that KL Rahul is India’s first choice opener in Test cricket alongside Murali Vijay. Rahul has a very good technique and he has scored truckload of runs in domestic cricket.
