Frustrated Australian Cricket Fans Fight With Indians In Delhi: There was an ugly incident in the stands in the Arun Jaitley Stadium, in Delhi, during the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 between India and Australia.
In the video that has now gone viral on social media, an Indian fan had a heated tussle with an Australian fan. Things simmered so much that both even threatened to go physical with each other, but at the last moment, the crowd around them separated them before things could go really out of hand.
While the game in the middle inched toward Indian, both these persons in the stands hurled down abuses toward each other with their friends trying to calm them down.
India won the match in Delhi by 6 wickets

It has been reported that the Indian fans had been continuously teasing the Aussie supporters and when the Australian lost this cool, both charged toward each other aggressively and almost turned it into a physical fight.
The Australian could be heard saying, “Stop pointing your finger at me,” as a fellow Aussie fan tried to calm the situation, while this particular Indian fan hurled a series of Hindi expletives.

Action from the DDCA and BCCI is unlikely to be taken on this incident.

Coming to the match, India won the match by 6 wickets, sealing the Border-Gavaskar Trophy with a lead of 2-0 with 2 more Tests to go.
Ravindra Jadeja, who took a 7-wicket haul in Australia’s second innings, 3 wickets in the first innings, and was involved in a crucial stand with Kohli, was named the Man of the Match. Jadeja and Ashwin ran through the Australian batting line-up on the morning of Day 3, bowling the visitors out for 113.
Chasing 115, India lost KL Rahul early, but Rohit Sharma played positively, scoring 31(20), before getting run-out. Pujara, Kohli, Iyer, and KS Bharat ensured India went over the line.
The third Test will be played in Indore, from 1st March.
