MS Dhoni mania has taken over the country currently as even the opposition venues where Chennai Super Kings play have been dominated by yellow jerseys, most of them being that of number 7.
Since the ongoing IPL 2023 is all but certainly going to be the last season of Dhoni, fans from all over the country have been showing love and affection toward the 41-year-old former India skipper by wearing the yellow, number 7 CSK jersey and paying their tributes to the Thala.
Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson made a cheeky remark after the Jaipur crowd donned predominantly the yellow t-shirts of MS Dhoni.

The Rajasthan Royals hosted the Chennai Super Kings on Thursday evening at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Dhoni and Samson both got loud cheers from the crowd.
The Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur today was a seas of yellow with little pink, the color of the home city and home team RR.
RR Skipper won the toss and elected to bat first. At the toss he made a cheeky remark about the Mahendra Singh Dhoni mania amongst the home crowd, saying that he would have liked to see more pink, but understood why there is so much yellow.
“We would like to bat first. We like to stick to our strength, which is to defend. It feels really great to play RR‘s 200th game, feels great to be playing for 10 years. Would love to see some pink here today, but it’s yellow and we know that the reason is (smiles). Boult misses out due to a niggle, Zampa is playing in his place,” Sanju said at the toss.
When Dhoni came to speak with presenter Murali Karthik, the crowd erupted as the CSK captain returned to Jaipur for the first time since 2019.
