The record for the most sixes in ODI World Cups is held by Chris Gayle, with 49 maximums in five World Cup appearances (2003-2019). When it comes to the Indian cricket team, Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly are currently placed in seventh and ninth positions with 27 and 29 sixes, respectively.
