Former India captain and the current CSK skipper, MS Dhoni, had a weird interaction with a die-hard fan of his during the security check at an airport this week.
Since there was no crowd present at the security check of the airport, this fan took his opportunity to express his love, affection, and emotions toward MS Dhoni by screaming “Mahi bhai I love you” as Dhoni was proceeding for his security check.
This big shout from a fan caught the attention of the Thala and he gave a brief, sweet smile. The fan, overwhelmed with huge emotions flowing in him, also could be heard saying “Mere haanth kaanp rae hain (My hands are shivering).”

Will MS Dhoni play next year?
Yes, the CSK captain had confirmed at the end of the IPL 2023 that he’s not planning on retiring from the IPL just yet.
After battling with a knee injury throughout the IPL, Dhoni underwent knee surgery soon after taking CSK to their 5th IPL title, defeating Gujarat Titans in the final this year in Ahmedabad.
About his return to IPL 2024, Dhoni had said, “The tough thing for me is to work hard for another nine months and come back and play at least one more season of IPL. But a lot depends on the body, I have six-seven months to decide and it will be more like a gift from my side [to the fans]. It’s not easy for me but the way they’ve shown their love and affection, that’s something I need to do for them.”
Currently, Dhoni returned from a vacation in the USA. He will resume his rehab for his knee surgery, and could hit the nets soon. The IPL 2024 auction is expected to take place in December this year.
