Aakash Chopra Reacts To Angry Sakib Almost Hitting India’s Divyansh On His Head

Team India is currently locking their horns with Bangladesh’s cricket team in the under-19 world cup final. The ongoing match has turned out to be a thriller for many reasons. Bangladesh’s 17-year-old cricketer Tanzim Hasan Sakib has come under the scanner after his temper tantrums came to limelight while delivering to the Indian batsman.
The under-19 World Cup is a platform where the young talented cricketers showcase their talent in front of the world and give wings to their sky-high ambitions. However, Sakib has found himself at the receiving end of criticism because of his attitude.

The drive and the aggression to win the final of the World Cup looked crystal clear in the eyes of Tanzim Hasan Sakib’s deliveries. Sakib’s hostility in dealing with Indian openers in the second over of the first innings has stirred a controversy of its own.
In the third delivery of Sakib’s first over, which was a full-length inswing, the fans saw a heated exchange between the batsman -Divyansh Saxena- and Tanzim Hasan. When the ball reached Divyansh he drove it straight back to the bowler. Sakib was quick in throwing the ball right at Divyansh Saxena, almost hitting his head. This was followed by a heated argument on-field.

Sakib’s actions have brought him to the scanner. Former cricketer and commentator Aakash Chopra also took to his Twitter and wrote how the fast bowler needed to let the ball do the talking instead of his mouth. He wrote:
Decent fast bowling resources for B’desh. Would really appreciate if Sakib let his ball do most of the talking though….don’t really like U-19 cricketers misunderstanding passion. #U19CWC
