Aakash Chopra Wrote A Hilarious Tweet After Prithvi Shaw’s Heroics Against CSK: The first Qualifier of the Indian Premier League 2021 between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals is going on in full swing. After being asked to bat first, Delhi Capitals put on a stunning show with the bat to post a competitive target for the Dhoni-led side.

Dhoni’s plan to bowl first and take control of the game was disrupted by the young opener of Delhi Capitals. Prithvi Shaw, who opened the innings for Delhi, gave a stunning performance as he smashed a half-century off just 27 deliveries to give his team a flying start after being asked to bat first. Shaw smashed the first half-century of the ongoing UAE leg of the IPL 2021 and gave his team a much-needed confident start they would have hoped for.

All thanks to Shaw’s fiery knock, DC managed to cross the 50-run mark in the powerplay itself. Shaw smashed 7 boundaries and 3 sixes en route to his aggressive fifty. Infact, he reached his fifty off a brilliant boundary off Ravindra Jadeja. During his knock, Shaw created havoc in the CSK camp by smashing four fours in the same over of Deepak Chahar.

Impressed with his power-hitting, former Indian cricketer turned commentator, Aakash Chopra took to his Twitter and came up with a hilarious tweet for Prithvi Shaw. Praising his sky-touching shots, Chopra wrote:

“Prithvi ko Aakash kuch zyada hi pasand hai… #IPL2021 #DCvCSK”
