Virat Kohli is one of the richest athletes in India and he continues to command a salary beyond the recognition and expectation of several other sportspersons. As expected he loves to invest them in a few luxurious spending that will always stay with him irrespective of the fact that he continues performing in Indian cricket or not.
One of those massive splurges in his overall cash-splashes came on three of his houses those were a treat for the eyes. Virat Kohli bought his first lavish house in 2016. The amount that he splurged for the expenses of the same was Rs 34 crores. The first house that he bought was in the C-Wing on the 35th floor of the Omkar ‘1973’, a 4.5-acre project in Worli, Mumbai. His earlier residence was in the posh area of Paschim Vihar called Meera Bagh.
However, after tasting the rising incomes, he shortly shifted his residence to the newly constructed house in Gurugram with his family. In Gurugram he owns a plot area of about 500 sq yards and the built-up area of 10000 sq feet.
Given the amount of cash splurged on the house and also the personal interference to embellish the new house as per his own tastes, Kohli used to ensure that he was spending the utmost time from his hectic schedule at the comfort of his home.
His latest addition to the panoply of houses includes an absolutely breathtaking view of the surrounding as the residence is on the 35th floor. His 4BHK flat is a part of the Sky Bungalows Project which is absolutely unparalleled in the context of houses.
Virat shares this new house with his soul mate, Anushka Sharma. This new building also offers the view of the Arabian Sea from Kohli’s heightened floor of the tower. Going by the reports, this house has magnificent living rooms, massive bathrooms those can be termed as nothing short of spas, other bedrooms, gymnasium, kitchen, kid’s room, staff quarters and several traits that one can only dream of, fulfilling the royalty of India’s batting king. This deluxe apartment also comes with 4 parking slots.
The addresses that he has previously been a part of were:
- Meera Baagh, Paschim Vihar
- DLF City, phase 1, Block C, Gurgaon
- 35th floor of the Omkar ‘1973’
