Amitabh Bachchan Is Getting Trolled On His Latest Tweet About Team India: Following two back-to-back thumping wins against Afghanistan and Scotland, the chances of team India’s qualification for the semi-finals of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021, increased significantly. However, India’s fate still depends on Sunday’s fixture between New Zealand vs Afghanistan.

For the unversed, in order to qualify for the T20 World Cup semi-finals, the Virat Kohli-led Indian cricket team needs to defeat Namibia on 8 November but before that Afghanistan must beat New Zealand. All eyes will be on the NZ vs Afg clash which will take place on November 7 in Abu Dhabi.

So now the scenario is that if Afghanistan manages to defeat the New Zealand cricket team, the chances of team India making it to the semi-finals will increase. And Afghanistan’s win will give India a chance to defeat Namibia, by a certain margin to make it to the final four and eventually make it to the semi-finals.

However, India’s hopes will be shattered if New Zealand manages to defeat Afghanistan in the clash. The equation of the New Zealand cricket team is pretty simple, they just have to win to make it through the next round. If the Kiwis manage to defeat Afghanistan, they will join Pakistan in the semi-final race.

Meanwhile, hours ahead of the much-awaited clash, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has hailed the Indian cricket team at the World Cup and said that the team has had a great time in the tournament. In his tweet, Amitabh Bachchan also reminded the fans that team India has put out their best performances in the T20 WC. He wrote:

“T 4088 – Irrespective of what the results of tomorrow’s NZ v AFG game are in the T20 ICC World Cup .. remember this .. we have scored the highest total , till date , in the tournament ; KL Rahul made the fastest 50 ; and we defeated the opposing team, in a record 6+ overs ..”
