India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi took everyone by surprise when he banned Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency as a strategic move to control black money and corruption in the country. Mr. Modi gave a lot of emphasis on black money and corruption in his election campaign in 2014. With this move, Narendra Modi has sent a very strong message to the nation that he will not go soft on black money will live by what he promised during his election campaign.

The whole nation got together and congratulated Narendra Modi for taking such a bold stand against black money and corruption. India’s head coach Anil Kumble also congratulated Narendra Modi on Twitter and his message didn’t go unnoticed as Prime Minister Modi replied to his tweet in his style.
