The Asia Cup will start on August 30 in Multan and the final is scheduled for September 17 in Colombo.

Hosts Pakistan will take on Nepal in the first match of Asia Cup  in Multan.

In Group A, India are clubbed with Pakistan and Nepal, while Group B comprises Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.

What is the format of Asia Cup 2023?

The top two teams from Group A and Group B will qualify for the Super Four stage with the top two teams in this phase advancing to the final.

Where will the Asia Cup 2023 be played?

The 6-team Asia Cup will be held in Pakistan and Sri Lanka in a hybrid model across 4 cities – Lahore, Multan, Kandy, and Colombo. 4 matches will be played in Pakistan and rest 9 games will be played in Sri Lanka, including the final.

Such is the format of the tournament that India and Pakistan can potentially have three matches in the tournament.
