India wicket-keeper Dinesh Karthik has become a fan-favorite with his new stint in the commentary box. He is already gaining popularity as a commentator. DK is currently in England as a broadcaster and he is making it count there.

After commentating in the World Test Championship Final, DK is a part of the SKY Sports panel for the ongoing Sri Lanka and England series as well, where he has been entertaining everyone with his epic commentary.

He has been receiving praises from all corners for his commentary and detailed analysis of the match. He has left the likes of Nasser Hussain and Harsha Bhogle and the cricket fans around the world wowed. Even Harsha Bhogle hailed DK for the way he aced the commentary challenge in the WTC final.

During the ongoing second ODI between England and Sri Lanka, DK came up with a hilarious comment on the bat, where he compared bats with the neighbour’s wife. He said:

“Batsmen and not liking bats, they go hand in hand. Most of the batters don’t seem to like their bats. They either like another person’s bat, or…”  Karthik could be heard as saying in the commentary box.  “Bats are like a neighbour’s wife. They always feel better.”

A Twitter user even shared the clip of the match where Dinesh Karthik was heard making these statements.
