Legendary Australian player Brett Lee has hailed Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), stating that it is an inspiration for many young cricketers around the world. Lee believes that RCB’s fearless brand of cricket has made it a team that every aspiring cricketer wants to be a part of.

RCB Is One Of The Most Loved Teams Of The IPL

Royal Challengers Bangalore might have not won a single trophy ever since the inception of the Indian Premier League, however, it is still one of the most loved and popular franchises around the world. It has been home to some of the biggest names in cricket including the likes of Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Chris Gayle, Jacques Kallis, and Anil Kumble.

Players of RCB have always played aggressively and have several records under their names. RCB has a reputation for never giving up, which has inspired many young cricketers to play the same way.

As per Brett Lee, RCB’s management and players enjoy both on-field and off-field, which makes the franchise even more attractive to young cricketers. He also expressed his admiration for the beautiful red and gold jersey of RCB.

Further, Lee stated that he would love to be a part of the team. He said:

“RCB to me is a franchise that every young kid looks up to and wants to be a part of. They look like they play hard on the field, I would say extremely hard on the field. It seems like the people involved have a lot of fun outside the field as well. I like the colour red and I admire the beautiful gold on the logo so I think I could fit in RCB really nicely.”

Talking about the team’s performance in the ongoing 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League, RCB is currently in a good position. RCB is sitting at the 5th position, with 6 wins and 6 defeats in 12 games.

RCB will be next seen in action in a game against SunRisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
