CPL 2020 Fantasy Cricket Tips: Match 19, Barbados Tridents Vs St Lucia Zouks

Both Barbados Tridents and St Lucia Zouks are in top 4 in the points table at the moment, but Zouks’ position is much better than that of the Tridents. They are just one win away from securing a place in the playoffs, while the Tridents need to win at least 3 out of their remaining 4 games to make their way into the playoffs.
Here are our fantasy cricket tips for match 19 of CPL 2020 –

Pitch Report
It has not been easy to time the ball at the Queen’s Park Oval at all. It has been such a sluggish surface that it’s allmost impossible to hit the ball on the rise. Unless it’s too full or the batsman reaches the pitch of the ball using his feet or for that matter, the length is too short for the batsman to play with the horizontal bat, batting has been really difficult off anything on a good length.
If the bowler keeps nailing the good length with an accurate line, it’s not easy to hit boundaries at the Queen’s Park Oval.
Predicted XI of both teams
Barbados Tridents
Shai Hope, Johnson Charles, Jonathan Carter, Corey Anderson, Jason Holder (C), Rashid Khan, Mitchell Santner, Ashley Nurse, Raymon Reifer, Kyle Mayers and Hayden Walsh
St Lucia Zouks
Rakheem Cornwall, Andre Fletcher, Mark Deyal, Najibullah Zadran, Mohammad Nabi, Darren Sammy (C), Scott Kuggeleijn, Roston Chase, Chemar Holder, Zahir Khan and Kesrick Williams
Top Picks

Najibullah Zadran has been moved up and down a lot in the batting order, but he has not delivered the goods yet. However, Najibullah is one of those players who have got genuine power and genuine six hitting ability and he might like the Tridents attack as there are quite a few bowlers there who spin the ball back into the left-handers, rather than taking it away.
Jason Holder has fetched points in the fantasy in almost all the games of CPL 2020 as he is not only batting in top 4 for the Tridents, but he is also opening the bowling for them and is bowling in the death as well. The skipper is putting himself right in the thick of things both with bat and ball and is being able to do the job for his team.
Kyle Mayers might be one of the finds of this season of CPL as far as West Indies cricket is concerned. A lot of players have scored runs, but the range that Mayers has shown is incredible. He has not hit sixes just over midwicket or long on, he has hit them over extra cover and cover point as well. The left-hander has got a bit of pedigree as a batsman.
CPL 2020 Fantasy Cricket Tips: Match 19, Barbados Tridents Vs St Lucia Zouks
While Rashid Khan is an automatic pick in the fantasy in 90% of the games as most of the people know about his ability to spin the ball with a lower trajectory, the second wise pick from the bowlers’ category will be Scott Kuggeleijn.
Kuggelein has been an absolute revelation in CPL 2020. He has hit the deck hard with a high arm action and has made sure he doesn’t let the batsmen hit the ball easily down the ground with the vertical bat. Anyone, who is not comfortable with the horizontal bat, has found it tough to face Kuggeleijn in the tournament so far.
Captaincy pick: Jason Holder
Vice-captaincy pick: Mohammad Nabi
Fantasy XI: Johnson Charles, Corey Anderson, Najibullah Zadran, Mark Deyal, Jason Holder (C), Kyle Mayers, Mohammad Nabi (VC), Rahkeem Cornwall, Rashid Khan, Raymon Reifer, Scott Kuggeleijn
