England women’s cricket team’s star player Danielle Wyatt tweeted a picture of a bat which was gifted to her by the Indian captain Virat Kohli. Wyatt is one of the best women cricketers in the world and she enjoys a big fan following in India.
Danielle Wyatt posted the picture of her new “beast” and it had Virat Kohli written on its toe. Virat Kohli gave his bat to Danielle Wyatt during India’s tour match against Derbyshire later that year. Both of them had also clicked a picture together at that time (see above).
Danielle Wyatt is preparing for a big season and she will be using the bat which was gifted to her by none other than Virat Kohli. Wyatt has been playing limited-overs cricket for England but she would be hoping to make a debut before the next Ashes series.
Every cricketer who plays for England and Australia dreams of playing Ashes as it is, arguably, the greatest rivalry in the sport and the entire cricketing world watches it with a lot of craze and excitement.
In fact, many cricket pundits across the world believe that, over the years, Ashes series has produced some of the greatest Test matches in the history of the game.
Coming back to Danielle Wyatt and her new “beast”, the tweet went viral for more than one reason.
1) Indian cricket fans who are present in large numbers on Twitter were happy to see an England cricketer using Virat Kohli’s bat with so much pride and happiness.
2) Danielle Wyatt made a typing error which was spotted by Twitteratis. She used “Kholi” instead of “Kohli”.
Back training this week. Can’t wait to use this beast ????? Thanks @imVkohli #ping #middlesbiggerthanme ? pic.twitter.com/BknGjYx2Yj

Well, it is noteworthy that this is not the first time that Danielle Wyatt has expressed her love for Kohli. In 2014, Danielle Wyatt created a storm on social media by proposing to Virat Kohli on Twitter.
Kholi marry me!!!
