Rajasthan Royals via their official twitter handle shared a video of the entire squad celebrating their win in the dressing room, where Tewatia can be seen mocking the salute-celebration of Sheldon Cottrel.The video didn’t go down well with the cricket fans, who found the act disrespecting.
But the Haryana-born player has now come out and clarified that he loves the celebration of the West Indies pacer. He took to his twitter and expressed that he has ‘huge respect for Cottrell’s army background. He wrote:
“For those who noticed, I love Cottrell’s celebration and have huge respect for his army background, it was just my lucky day. Don’t think I can do it as well as him though. Thanks guys for all the love,”
