The Indian cricket team is all set to lock horns with England cricket team in the first ODI in Pune today. With this series being the last leg of the tour, England will try hard to bounce back into form. Meanwhile, ahead of the game, England spinner Matt Parkinson has found himself at the receiving end of criticism and trolling.

Parkinson, who is currently in India and is also a part of England’s ODI squad, might get an opportunity to make a debut for his country. However, the England spinner is already trending on social media and for all the wrong reasons.

Well, Parkinson’s old tweets from 2012 to 2014 are going viral on social media, where he has made some insulting remarks for the Indian cricket team. Not just this, he has also called Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni disgraces to cricket. Yes, you read that right.

In one of the tweets, he has expressed that he hates the current Indian skipper and had also called him arrogant. He has also mocked the standards of team India while poking fun at Ravindra Jadeja. Though, the cricketer has now deleted his old tweets but the harm was already done.

Here, check out his old tweets that are going viral on Twitter:
